I checked and its not my BIOS, again its a problem with Microsoft. 

It is on 21h2, its a problem on Microsoft's side.

I tried using the Microsoft store, again. It failed on the first step where it tries to inquire a license.

Still can't install Bedrock, I still get the error code 8007005 and nothing on Microsoft's website helped fix it in the slightest.
