Under Zulu, there are no such issues, thus it's likely a zing related memory leak. If it turns out to be, I'll send an email to Azul, they can deal with this.

I've attached the performance report to the issue. It should be in the attachments section.
Note that in order to recreate the issue, the server must run under Azul Zing as the java runtime. However, that is the only requirement.

Not a mojang employee, but, as a software engineer, I wholeheartedly love the way you wrote this issue. May both sides of your pillow be cold tonight, and every leaf you step on be crunchy beyond belief.
