ff135 I agree, I think the current state of the enchantment in the latest prerelease is great with the parity.
And for those that feel like the fall damage from Wind Burst 3 is too much in the current patch, I would argue that by the time you've grinded out enough trial chambers to even have a Mace with Wind Burst 3 on it in survival, you should have sufficient protection (such as feather falling and/or protection 4) on your armor to help mitigate the fall damage.
I personally don't see this as an issue, with how rare the Heavy Core and Wind Burst books are to get from vaults, and how much the height boost helps with the Density enchantment, I think this is a great addition and will overall benefit the mace in combat.
They changed it to be the same as bedrock
11807 would be similar to mine yes, as the files in the data pack were getting deleted when uploaded to the realm
