Apparently the new update has resolved the issue. My launcher and both versions of the games are working smoothly. Thanks a million.

Even though I got a new and fresh laptop now (previous tries were done on my older laptop), after downloading Minecraft: Java & Bedrock bundle, the same error comes up in the launcher. It's really a disappointment.

I've tried that before. Logging out and reinstalling. It didn't work. I'm playing both Java and Bedrock now, but the new launcher doesn't work. as long as I'm able to play, it's OK!

Thank you so much. It's very thoughtful of you. The Java edition is currently working on that legacy Launcher (Win7/8).

. I deleted the launcher_ui_state_microsoft_store file. And it didn't work. It is like this since I bought the game. I have not played Java yet. Thanks.

@davidsiegel Please find attached my launcher log:

- My Gamertag is Phronetix and I had the Xbox App installed when I started the whole process. Also, you can find a screenshot of the launcher here:

I bought Minecraft: Java & Bedrock edition last week. I downloaded the Minecraft Launcher, and after I signed into with my Microsoft account, only the "News" and "What's New" sections work. In fact, when I click on any of "Minecraft: Java Edition", "Minecraft for Windows", "Minecraft: Dungeons" and "Minecraft: Legends" in the launcher's sidebar, this error comes up:

"An unexpected issue occurred; we are sorry for the inconvenience. Plaese try restarting your launcher. If that does not resolve the issue, please log a bug report HERE".

I downloaded Minecraft for windows separately, and I'm playing it now, but I'm not able to run the Java edition, as there's no other way to play it than running it from the launcher. I have tried nearly all the suggestions in the community and they didn't work.
