im having the same issue on my realm. random chunks don't load at all. usually a group of at least 4 chunks. most of the time it will happen near a player and they wont be able to join the realm unless I do a manual reset. the game chat will keep showing them logging out but never logging in. players keep falling through them on login also and loosing all their gear.

The issue I am having is changing a players status. visitor, member, or op. no mater what they are or what I want to change it to it will not change. I have tried downloading, inviting player, changing to op. then I had them check if they could see in command blocks and they could. so I replace the realm with the copy that I changed status to op. once done we both loaded up and he could not access commands. when I go to the members list he is still set to "member".

I am having the same issues. also some players have op or visitor status without having been changed. I cant change to member and players I want to change to op wont let me. i've tried downloading the realm, inviting player and changing in a regular world. then I replace the realm with the world where the player is op but still doesn't carry over.
