Thanks. I've tried those steps but when we come to download the furniture back again it's just stuck at 0% on the download bar.

Hi, We're having this issue with a furniture pack we've just bought. It's called 'Vanilla Furniture'. It's from 'By House of How'. We've tried clearing marketplace cache as directed above. Any help appreciated. Many thanks. We're using an Ipad. Other furniture packs have downloaded fine.
