I have done everything I could think to do - deleted Minecraft and re-installed, and still once it hits 100% downloaded it never completes and we have not been able to play the downloadable content. Can we get a refund if this ticket has been open without resolution for so long?
Edited to add on 2/25/2023: For no known reason the issue has resolved on our end, and we were able to successfully download and play the DLC we paid for. It is frustrating to be left waiting with no resolution or ability to get a refund for un-downloaded content.
