I have also experienced this issue. Signs created both recently and in the past have lost their text. This is true at various locations in my base camp. This has happened to signs with standard text, unclear if this issue has affected glowing text. To clarify - signs are still intact where placed, but text is missing. Reboot of game did not fix issue. This issue happened on REALMS Java edition 1.18.2
This issue is happening again - When I wrote on multiple signs in my realm the text did not show up. Not sure if this is a realms glitch or not. I reported this back in May and it was marked resolved, but it is back - perhaps due to an issue with the new 1.19.1 update. This problem happened in a Creative mode realm AND a Survivor mode Realm. Terribly frustrating.
