My son is experiencing this in Minecraft bedrock on his Nintendo Switch. It downloads the first step but gets stuck there and doesn't move on to next steps. We have tried deleting content and have freed up more than enough storage space. We have also cleared the cache, quit and restarted and it did not help. He is frustrated and feels he wasted his time and money. The following titles are affected:
