Confirmed for 15w50a. Is still very annoying, and even if it "works as intended"... My local server is quite laggy and mostly reaches 15 ticks per sec. The console log is spammed every second. I'm requesting a re-open, or a new issue that requests a server.properties option to remove the spam.
Confirmed! My stone axe broke.. well.. it should've broken, but the client crashed. Server was still running however. Downgraded to 15w47c, and the Axe was still in my hand with a red "0" in the lower right corner (probably meaning it's out of uses). When opening a door, it disappeared.
This is still here. I just started up a new server with only the jar in that folder, and it gave these exceptions. (Minecraft 1.9)
