This happens every time I leave and rejoin a world without closing minecraft

For me my own skin won’t load and only a character created skins head will load. The head itself is always looking backwards towards where the player was actually looking. Shields and maybe offhand slots in generally are extremely broken, and when I equipped a shield myself it would, in my main hand, appear at the top left of the screen almost fully offscreen, and in my offhand appear almost a half block in front of me, obstructing most of my view. Sword animations also didn’t work at all and when the player with the head took damage no red tint would appear.
