We've a problem like this since a few weeks. We have two accounts on the same IP adress, which both don't work anymore. Our neighbour can't login or make a new account on our ip-adress. All accounts work fine on other IP adresses. We get the same errors. We found out that our IP-adress was on the blacklist since december. This morning we scraped it and now it is still not working.
