Para solucionar este problema, elimina el mod con el que estás jugando.
Es una característica de un mod O podrías haber hecho un exploit absurdo.
Usé el traductor de Google para esto.

How did i fix it?

i went the direction the horse was teleporting to  and then went back where i wanted it to go and it fixed.

PC Java way.
change the {crouch} to Rshift as gt the keybinds menu its set as Lshift by default

Bedrock Ways

PC Bedrock Way.
the same thing as java but in keyboard settings

TouchScreen Bedrock Way.
in touch menu you can enable an option called  [lefty]and it swaps your shift with movememnt buttons.

Why can this happen?
When you update minecraft, the keybind settings and settings similar to keybind settings reset for some reason.
