creative and used /gamerule randomTickSpeed 300 just for testing leave it alone in survival and build the same thing and you get same results.

I am also still getting the error;
"[05:15:26 WARN]: Unable to resolve BlockEntity for ItemStack: minecraft:spawner"
Current version is 1.15.2. This has happened since using the force update command on every new version since 1.14.2 to the current 1.15.2.
It would be nice to know if anyone has even started looking into this yet.Â
I also opened a similar ticket MC-119024 and someone closed it as duplicate however my main difference was I was NOT attacked by anything I was just breaking blocks when my wolves appeared by me and were STILL SITTING!
I did not consider this a duplicate because I was not in combat or threatened. I was below the wolves vertically but the only thing I was doing was breaking blocks to clear a room when two of the dogs appeared next to me but still sitting. I saw the creeper in the room right next to the other dogs but it wasn't by me where I was but I included that in case it was what triggered two of the dogs to teleport. Also the tickets for previous reports of older versions with similar but NOT exactly duplicate issues are all closed and marked "Resolved".
This is still a bug in v0.15.2
OK here is a simple example that shows this behavior in the PE version.
I build a simple cross with a powerrail in the middle. On each of the outside blocks I place redstone dust. I then put a lever on the outside of each block and switch them all on and the power rail is still off as you can see below.
NOTE: If this done the exact same way in the PC version the power rail activates with any/all levers
I placed the dust to face the rail but it put connections facing the repeater by itself and will not change
Still not fixed on 0.15.0
