All they say is they will resolve and link the ticket as a duplicate but still didn't do anything to fix this bug. This has been going on for several months, maybe even a year and still nothing. I even tried unlocking the trophies again with another account and obviously it didn't work.

I just tried with another account on which I had no achievements yet and still nothing. I earned a few achievements and the skins are still locked. Are the developers actually doing anything to fix this? Because this has been going on for several months and nothing changed.
