stuck downloading DragonFire by spectral studios (although the same issue applies to all content), minecraft v1.20.62 on an ipad. Repro steps:
clear marketplace cache to unlock stuck download
restarted minecraft app
tap download on the add-on's page
"Download Content? This will download the item to your device." - tap Download
"Step 1 of 2 - Downloading content" - remains stuck at 0.00MB, progress bar does not move
Can "x" out of this modal and see download button on content has been replaced by "Downloading:..." (note weird colon) and a stuck progress bar.
the workaround doesn't work even with a restart of the app immediately after clearing the cache
