as long as you deleted everything above the steves as well you should be all set. If not there are still many things we can do.
and I can do discord, but deleting these steves should fix the game, hopefully, just don't forget to restart the console

if this does not work redownload the backup saves onto the console so we can start fresh.
are the 2 steves the only ones you have? If yes delete up to the steves UNLESS it is the last past of your save. the pictures are not in order so I'm trying to piece the pictures together.

thank you for the pictures, before we start 1. I love how the world is named yeet 🙂 and 2. do you have the worlds backed up? If yes then lets go. I notice your Minecraft saves 2 saves per save with the size of 16.78. Now the only time this did not happen was in the save SurvivalGamePlay2 5/17/2020, there are 3 saves, one being 67 mb! now what you need to do is delete all the saves sbovethe red line as shown in the pic. If this does not work I have one more idea
don't worry about it, just send me images of your saves and I will tell you what to delete. Sorry for the confusion, I was looking for an image demonstrating what I was talking about but did not find one.
you know how you usually save the game by looking at what you build/did. there will be one bad save that will have an image of a landscape, not of your creation. You can also take a picture(s) and send them here so I can tell you what to delete and what to not delete.
Yes, it works digitally. I have the game digitally and it worked for me.
the reason the USB is there is so if you make a mistake you can go back, it won't break Minecraft deleting too many saves or too little but could ruin your chances of ever getting PS4 Minecraft back. If you have PS plus I believe if you are fast enough you can redownload your saves if you make a mistake. send me a pic of what you are about to delete and I will comment 🙂 (Also without a USB you cant get bedrock worlds back)
I MAY HAVE A SOLUTION!!!! Now this problem has happened to both me and my friend and the method, I'm about to share, fixed it for both of us. Now I'm going to list the steps because that will be easier to read. to access your Minecraft saves go to settings->storage->system storage-> internal storage (the one in the ps4) > save data>Minecraft
1) I would HIGHLY recommend you back-up your Minecraft save to a USB. Also copy all of your saved storage on ps plus to the system.
2)(optional) Make sure there are no saves on a different ps4 under your account. If there is copy it over to your primary Ps4
3) Now go to your Minecraft save data. you will notice there are some pictures of Alex's face with a gear next to it. Select all the boxes above and including the picture of Alex with the gear. delete them now (THIS WILL WIPE ANYTHING YOU DID ON BEDROCK )(you may be able to bring the bedrock worlds back if you have them on a USB and bring the world saves (not the Alexes) back after the tutorial.
4)Now scroll down, you may notice there are some pictures of steve with diamond armor, the first time there are 2 of them and the second time there are three of them. Now between the 2 of them and 3 of them is there a picture/ save data that is the same as you would have if you first made the world/ a landscape that you did not leave the game looking at. if yes select it and everything above it. If not send an image to this chat and I will be happy to tell you what to delete. What the weird landscape was was a bad save causing the game to mess up and later on cause the game to think you don't have ps4 Minecraft. (NOTE anything you delete will be gone (in case you were unsure)).
5) Restart Ps4
6)Boot up Minecraft
7)Happy face, if not chat in this server so I can of someone else can assist.
8) Make fun of Mojang for having a kid figure it out and not them 🙂 (I love you Minecraft still)

I had the same problem but my game is digital and it happened to me close to the time it happened to you. Don't worry Mojang isn't ghosting you, They told me to come here due to them still working on this issue. If you found an answer please tell me.https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-102231
Same problem for me but I had the ps4 edition for almost 3 years digitally and the edition button disappeared on me
