I had this issue on my fresh new windows 11 laptop, minecraft java edition, 1.20 version, when trying to connect to hypixel.net
I already tried to follow the steps coming from this reddit page : https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraft/comments/o0wj63/failed_to_log_in_the_authentication_servers_are/
But it seems like on many computers, the issue is still there. The host file does not contain any "mojang" or "minecraft" related text in it.
By the past, I used to play on Hypixel.net with the 1.16.5 version, but from mid september 2024 until now, i can't play on multiplayer anymore..
