can confirm but I am not entirely sure this is a bug as all models sink into soul sand slightly.

@Bemoty I do not experience MCPE-25776 unless I have haste 2. Efficiency 5 works absolutely fine for me. It is only with haste 2 that I experience something similar to that. Keep in mind I am also using a mouse and keyboard as well. What might also be another bug is that if I switch to controller, mining has no speed to it with efficiency 5 and haste 2.
