I was told to add any extra information i had here but i do not believe we are having the same performance issues. my framerate monitoring program is saying my fps is at 240-270. but the game feels extremely choppy when i move my cursor or look around, also when i lock my fps at 60 i can see a noticeable drop in performance compared to when its unlocked at 240fps+. I don't think my framerate is the issue it honestly looks like a very bad motion blur almost like ghosting/smearing. Considering i am playing on the same device I've had in the past and the same monitor with the same settings i think i can assume this is a game issue and not on my end because i have never had this issue on past updates. As i stated before all my other games are running perfectly fine and not suffering from this issue at all.
