Checked and confirmed that no pillager spawn at all after this new update. No pillager spawn inside pillager outpost

Pillager patrols constantly spawn anytime/anywhere EXCEPT for their outposts. These, apparently, are magic safe areas. Good thing I put all that time into the raid farm. Fix your game Mojang!

I'm having the same issue. I have a dedicated server and I just completed a raid farm. Unfortunately, no pillagers are spawning besides pillager patrols.
