I have the same issue. My server is running 1.19.1 as per the download page, however, the clients are 1.19.0.

I'm having the same issue. I have a dedicated server and I just completed a raid farm. Unfortunately, no pillagers are spawning besides pillager patrols.

I tried connecting to a friend's world. He was using a Switch and I tried both Windows 10 and Android versions and received the same message. We checked NAT settings, completely disabled firewalls, tried different ISPs...still no luck. This looks more and more like an application or a back end server issue. Everyone having this issue, please vote so we can get it fixed. Thanks!

I have experienced the same thing running on my Samsung Note 8 with the new 1.9 beta. This also affects pushing plants, shulker boxes, really anything that "should" break with a person just disappears. Automatic pumpkin and melon farms don't work anymore. Sugar cane farms only give 1 drop now instead of 2 etc...
