[BDS-9170] I can't join my friend

I cannot join my brothers game which is a multiplayer on iOS he is on the update 1.16.50 the same as me and whenever I go to joins it says connecting to multiplayer then it said "Unable to connect". As well as I have really good WiFi and have never had a problem till this new update. Hope you can fix this Keep up the good work.
