[MC-10318] Animated blocks, out last snapshots, shows the texture "MissingTexture"

Animated blocks needs a text doc. while this didnt need in the last snapshots, otherwhise it shows "MissingTexture"

In the pitgures under here you see animated redstonelamp :light_bulb_on:, glowstone and emerald ores

Animated blocks and items in texture packs now requires the animation definition (previously it was optional)

Even with a proper txt-file added, block and item animations still don't work. Please upvote MC-10355, this bug needs to be fixed in the 1.5 pre-release!
