[MC-107406] Certain Villagers despawn or disappeared.

I loaded up the new snapshot whilst in the Nether and when I went back through the portal I noticed 1 out of 4 villagers was missing. I tried loading up the back up on the older version but the villager was still missing.

Its not out dated. The version I took the screen shot yes. That is, but I only took the screenshot in that version because I loaded my back up on the older version of Minecraft to continue playing. The villager was deleted when I loaded up todays new snapshot.

Sorry I worded it wrong. It was there but when I updated to 16w39a it was gone.

Were the any warnings or errors in the Game Output tab of your launcher?

I have it set up so my launcher closes when the game starts. So i'm not sure, sorry.

Open another backup again with the launcher set to visible.
