[MC-107738] Attack Speeds and Most Audio and Animations (i.e. Totem use animation) break in End

For some reason while in the End, I could no longer hear the sound for the Totem of Undying, nor see it's animation. The hurt sound also never played. Attack speeds were completely ignored as well.

I couldn't get it to happen again. I'm not quite sure why it happened in the first place.
