[MC-108361] Cant eat, shoot my bow, or drink potions?

What I expected to happen was...:

I thought I was going to be able to eat the apple

What actually happened was...:

Pretty much I was playing a Ultra Hardcore Survival game and I tried to eat my golden apple and it didn't work. I tried to shoot my bow next, didn't work and tried to drink a potion and didn't work. It works, but its really buggy and takes at least 20 seconds to do so. It's not my mouse, already checked, I restarted minecraft, didn't work, changed my version, didn't work, Logged out of the account and logged back in, didn't work. So I'm very confused, I tried to google the problem and it seems nobody has ever had this problem before, unfortunately.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Im not sure how to produce it. It just happened when I logged in today.

Optifine is a mod. Also you are playing on a server with plugins (Hypixel). And your version (1.8.9) is outdated. We are only accepting bugs for 1.10.2/16w40a.
I think you should ask for help on Hypixel forum (unless you can reproduce the issue in 1.10.2/16w40a vanilla)

Again, unless you can reproduce this on a vanilla server, we can't help you. Try asking the creators of the modifications you are using.

Hypixel = modified server
1.8.9 = outdated

3 points, which you need to change before this bug can actually be accepted.

We only accept tickets of up-to-date unmodified games (both client and server).
