Activator Rail ejects 2 high Mobs to the wrong spot inside of 2 high rooms

2 high mobs won't get ejected to the right of the rail when in a 2 high room.
When looking at the attached screenshot (

) the mobs ride towards the cactus. In that case other current Activator Rail behavior would suggest they should get dropped on the Spruce Block (where all passengers get ejected to when the glass blocks aren't there). But passengers get dropped on the Activator Rail.
Meaning a spot consisting of 2 air with a block above is wrongly rejected as a possible place to get ejected to.

Can't reproduce the behavior from the video in 1.11.2
For me, the player is always ejected to the right from the cart. And the damage you get is most likely caused by MC-3328

Im sorry, I only retested with villagers... for them its still broken tho. For players its fixed. Do we repurpose this report or does it deserve a new one?

Ok, confirmed the bug with mobs. I think it should be reopened.

Bold request, but nonetheless. Can we have this as a hotfix? This issue is not just annoying, It's definetly breaking lots of railsystems. And while I could live with snapshot on solo (usually playing last one even with bugs), having it in realms for coupld of more months is reeeeeealy frustrating.

It's not a crash or something as urgent, so no.
