(This also happens in Realms)
Endermites will "vibrate" or jitter rapidly when turning.
What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the endermite to act like any other mob, turning, moving, etc. normally, but when I spawned a couple in, they all acted normal, then they shake back and forth as if they are trying to turn, but spasm instead.
Steps to Reproduce:
To see this happen:
1. Go into any gamemode, any world.
2. Spawn in an Endermite with an egg.
3. Watch.

Back when Endermites were new, similar reports of this were duped by MC-51152, and even though the Endermite ghosting was fixed it seems the spinning never was. Confirmed for 20w10a.
