Shift-clicking pumpkins/skulls puts one on head and moves the rest

The bug

Shift-clicking pumpkins/skulls puts one on head and moves the rest.

How to reproduce

Put a stack of pumpkins on your hotbar and ensure your head slot is empty. Shift-click the pumpkins. You'll notice that one was moved to your head slot and the others were moved to your inventory. The expected behavior is probably for one pumpkin to be placed on your head, and for the others to not move.

When I shift click a stack of pumpkins 63 will remain in the same slot. Can not reproduce the bug.

It happens when I try to replicate it; your head slot has to be empty, and your hotbar and inventory have to have an empty space for it to work properly.

Turns out this also happens when the stack of pumpkins is in your off hand and in your inventory. (moves to the hotbar)
