The bug
If you die due to a non player-based explosion after taking damage from a mob, you will get "(playername) was blown up by (mob name)".
How to reproduce
Have a mob attack you
Use /summon tnt

It's similar to "duplicates", but where the original issue isn't suitable for the current one (for instance, regressions).
Shouldn't this be working as intended? As then again the mob hit you into the explosion... Probably not working as intended but still...
Cannot reproduce on 1.19.3 using the steps provided. However, it works when you have a skeleton shoot at an end crystal, for example.
