[MC-121536] The carved pumpkin overlay disappears when pressing F1

The Bug:

The carved pumpkin overlay disappears when pressing F1.

Steps to Reproduce:

Place a carved pumpkin on your head.

/item replace entity @s armor.head with minecraft:carved_pumpkin

Press F1.
→ ❌ Notice how the carved pumpkin overlay disappears when pressing F1.

Expected Behavior:

The expected behavior would be that the carved pumpkin overlay would not disappear when pressing F1.

The pumpkin blur is part of the HUD overlay, which makes sense to be disappeared when F1 is pressed. IIRC, F1 removes all the HUD overlay, including the hotbar, the arm/held items, the crosshair, border shading and the pumpkin overlay.

In 20w46a, I can't imagine it's supposed to be intentional because pumpkins are supposed to block your vision.
