The bug
In Minecraft versions 1.12.2 and earlier we were able to scroll from left to right and vice versa or from top to bottom and vice versa on an apple Magic Mouse to surf through the hotbar slots , but all the snapshots after 1.12.2 we could just scroll from top to bottom or vice versa to surf through the hotbar slots and not from left to right.
