Water below full blocks shows its top face even when underwater

The Bug:

The top face of water blocks is still visible even if the player is below the said water block or even underwater. If you look at the pictures below you’ll probably be able to see thin layers of blue on the top faces of the water blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Surround yourself completely with a solid block (for example obsidian).

2. Fill up that space with water completely.

3. Look up and you’ll find the thin layer of blue on top.
