[MC-126085] Pufferfish attack invisible players and creative/spectator players

The bug

In creative or spectator mode, if you are too close to pufferfish mobs, they will attack you and give you poison effect. Invisibility doesn't help, either.

Appears to be fixed in 18w20b. Note that pufferfish can still damage invisible players and that's WAI.

If you can reproduce, please tell us what you did to reproduce this.

Please keep in mind that invisible players in survival mode should still get poisoned:

Simply by being in Creative mode and approaching a pufferfish. This has definitely been fixed for spectator mode though.

Definitely weird. Were your pufferfish created from a spawn egg, or natural?

Tried with naturally spawned pufferfish, spawned by spawn eggs, and spawned by fish buckets. None of them attacked (poisoned) me.

However, the pufferfish still bloated up when you're near them in Creative mode, but that would be a different issue imo. Maybe you meant that?
