Village lamp posts can generate over water

Can confirm in 18w20c.

Perhaps an interesting solution would be to utilize the waterlogged fence post feature, and continue the post underwater for a few blocks until it meets ground?

Villages over water have islands beneath since 1.14, so this can be closed.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in both 1.16.5 and 21w20a. This was most likely fixed in the Village & Pillage update.

Resolving as CR for now since this hasn't been reproduced for more than two years now.
