[MC-128234] Conduits have the wrong breaking particle

The bug

When breaking a conduit, the sand texture will be shown as the breaking particles, instead of the conduit's texture.

Conduit has no Particle data in its .json file. Also, it has an entity texture, while the .json file references the bedrock texture for some reason. This might be related.
