[MC-131746] Shipwrecks won't spawn in river biomes

Shipwrecks will not spawn at all in river biomes.

Use a river or frozen river buffet world and try to locate a shipwreck. There will be no shipwrecks.

I don't believe ships do swim in rivers so small... Possibly a WAI.

According to the Minecraft Wiki shipwrecks can generate in all ocean biomes and rivers dont count as one.

@unknown the wiki is not a valid source of information and therefor cannot be used to determine statuses for reports.

Well, i think this WAI rivers arent too deep to generate this structure
