[MC-132253] Spelling mistake for renamed internal ID 'basedrum'

The bug

The new renamed sound event ID block.note_block.basedrum, as well as the Note Block's basedrum blockstate, is spelled wrong. It should be bass drum, i.e. block.note_block.bass_drum.

Except it does, both the sound event and the block state names are exposed to the players via commands (both are suggested/auto-completed too). While nothing breaks from its presence, it is a mistake that is visible to users and should be corrected.
