[MC-133013] The parrot does not imitate the sound of the guardian

Parrot does not imitate the sound of guardians. They do however imitate the sound of elder guardians correctly.

Ah, tested it in 19w11b and it's fixed. I think I was expecting it to sound like the Elder Guardian, as parrots use the sound for them when they're out of water, regardless if they actually are or not. But yes, parrots imitate regular guardians now.
