[MC-134825] Tab completion/suggestions don't work for some non-literal arguments (in chat)

The bug

The following command arguments do not provide suggestions or respond to TAB when typing from chat (suggestions still appear when inside of a command block):

Advancement and criteria names
Bossbar names
Datapack names
Function names
Scoreboard objective names
Score holders
Tag names (/tag)

Can confirm. Objective names do not tab complete for me.

This bug affects scoreboard commands Tab completion, in "targets" and "objective", it shows no suggestions for both objects. In release 1.13 the bug doesn't happens.

Updated the list. I checked every command, it should be exhaustive.
