[MC-136753] fps issues

I was playing on my own minecraft 1.13.1 server with around 150-250 fps, so everything was good. But since today Im playing the game with just 20-70 FPS for no reason. I alredy tried to reinstall the game, but this didnt help. And btw I have like 20-400 Chunk updates since I have this low fps.

My system:
Ryzen 5 1600
Rx 470
8gb ram

MC-123779 When the new chunks are loading the client create huge lag spikes in singleplayer.( when loading 5-20 FPS, when loaded back to normal 50-60 fps.)

Does any of these 3 issues describe your problem (MC-132135, MC-11571 or MC-124170)?

Yea this one MC-132135. And my cpu and gpu are both only on 15-20%

Before this issue gets resolved as a duplicate of MC-132135, does any of these 2 issues that I missed (MC-133436 or MC-123779) better describe your problem? Yes, I know that MC-123779 said singleplayer, but it might also affect multiplayer.

MC-123779 is describing my problem a little bit better. But its like, its loading new chunks and when I press F3 there is e.g. 20 FPS (350 Chunk updates) and this happends like everytime.
