[MC-137018] Killing rabbits with Looting and Fire Aspect only drops cooked rabbit sometimes

The bug

Killing rabbits with a looting and fire aspect sword will only cause them to drop cooked rabbit on some occasions, while other mobs will always drop cooked meat.
