I was playing on my survival realm with a maxed out netherite sword hunting for rabbits to get a rabbits foot. Although every third rabbit or so dropped raw rabbit meat (They were individual kills - not killed in a group so it was not a sweeping kill) even though my sword had fire aspect two on it. I recreated this on a creative world and after the second rabbit kill, it dropped raw rabbit. Sometimes the rabbit might drop both types.
