No item pickup sound when a villager picks up an item

Relates to MC-161810

The bug

When a villager picks up an item, the item pickup sound does not play, in contrast to players and foxes and dolphins and to mobs with CanPickUpLoot, who do. This may be due to the lack of a sound event, I'm not sure though.

How to reproduce

Throw bread at a villager and listen closely/use subtitles. No sound is produced.
