Hoppers and minecarts with hoppers do not make a sound when picking up items

This behaviour is inconsistent with all other entities that pick up items - playetrs, villagers, CanPickUpLoot monsters, dolphins and foxes. In addition, items do not quickly animate towards minecarts with hoppers.
