[MC-140448] Blacksmith plains_weaponsmith_1 roof has hollow inside, allowing mobs to spawn

Blacksmith roof is hollow, allowing mobs to spawn.

The structure can be loaded using the following command:

/place template minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_weaponsmith_1

Remove the ceiling at the inside of the house or fill the inside with cobblestone.
