Villagers don't run away from witches. Because the witch is a raid mob, the villagers should be afraid of it.

WAI as per the resolution of MC-139947. Witches aren't hostile to villagers, so villagers have no reason to be afraid of them.

As stated, witches aren't hostile towards villagers, so they have no reason to run from them. They will be hiding inside during raids anyway when functioning correctly.
