[MC-142674] Book and quills are crafted with ink sacs instead of black dye

What I expected to happen was...:
book and quill to need black ink

What actually happened was...:
book and quill required ink sack

Steps to Reproduce:
try and craft a book
(also being able to dye pages, and words would be cool, for maps, and different aesthetics/moods... or maybe a dyeable book mark idk)

This is most likely WAI, as you don't use black dye to write with quills, you use ink. Ink makes more sense, and is what is used IRL.

I think that this might be intended, as ink sacs still act like black dye. I think the real issue is that you can't use black dye as an alternative.
