[MC-144996] Dark Prismarine is crafted with ink sac instead of black dye

In the new 1.14 versions the recipes to color certain blocks have been ajusted to the newly added dyes. Except for Dark Prismarine which is still crafted with Ink Sacs instead of black dye.

I think that this might be intended, as ink sacs still act like black dye. I think the real issue is that you can't use black dye as an alternative.

This ticket has been resolved as Works as Intended and therefore doesn't need to be updated with new affected versions anymore.
